Our Partners

BTS is a cross-sector partnership.

Bridge to success is a cross-sector partnership of over 90 community and civic leaders, educators, and organizations working collectively. We are always looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and inspirational community partners, parents, and especially youth!

Open Seats for our Community Council

  • Mental Health - Someone engaged in the provision of mental health care to children and/or youth in Waterbury.
  • Community-Law Enforcement Official - Someone who lives or works in Waterbury and is involved in Law Enforcement.

The Bridge to Success Community Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 2:00-4:00 PM in Waterbury.  If you are interested one of these seats please send an email to adminintern@WaterburyBridgeToSuccess.org

Partners for our Collaborative Action Networks and BTS Think Tanks

Do you care about the Waterbury community and would you like your voice to be heard? Join one of the BTS Collaborative Action Networks (CANs) or one of our two Think Tanks that support our work.

We are especially looking for people who want to support our work from a parent perspective and for Waterbury youth. A lot of the work BTS does impacts Waterbury children, youth, and their families and we rather talk with folks than about them. Please contact Melissa Green (adminintern@WaterburyBridgeToSuccess.org) if you would like some more information or are interested in joining us!
