Kris R. Noam, Ph D.
Director of Research and Development

Kris Noam, BTS’ Director of Research and Development, supports BTS not only in crunching data, writing research reports, and presenting data to the community, she also writes blogs, raises funds, and facilitates meetings from a Results Based Accountability perspective. She is passionate about early childhood, trauma-informed practices, taking a 2Gen approach to care and support, and, yes, numbers and data that prove that practices yield tangible outcomes. Kris received her Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of California, Irvine. Her master’s in social science research at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and her bachelor in sociology at the University of Amsterdam. In her spare time Kris enjoys doing crafts with her kids, baking, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.
